Hill Top Cake Icing

An old-time cake frosting recipe.

1 cup brown sugar
1 TB butter
1/4 cup cream
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Combine the brown sugar, butter and cream in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.  Add the powdered sugar and beat until room temperature.
